Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

• New items should be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
• Start a return by emailing info@yoretaildealer.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described - then we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days after the return arrives and is checked. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable

Opened nutrition products (for example, formula cartons) cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or expired.

Warranty

We are an independent reseller, not an authorized dealer for the brands we sell. Manufacturer warranty coverage, where offered, is according to the manufacturer's own terms.
